Monday - 9 Miles at Needwood solo. Ran into Miranda and Gaby ( two of my xc runners) heading out for a run. It was smoking hot out there, but it was nice on the shaded path.
Tuesday - 5 Miles at Needwood. Met up with Magruder Alums - Emilio, Kevin, and David. They all ran for me and now attend Duquense and Maryland. Nice relaxing run. Cooking out on the trail. Beat the downpour an hour later. Starting to get back in the rhythm. Looking forward to a nice long run on Sunday.
