Another 10 in the Bank

Met up with Mark and Chris for another 10 at Needwood. We dipped down to 6 minute pace in the final few miles. This run felt controlled and I'm getting stronger every day. I'm going to head to the canal early in the morning on Fridayfor a marathon paced tempo before a busy day of heading into school and work all day. Another short entry today, but I'll add more when I have a little more time.
