Update

More info on the last few days later. 66 miles last week and I start workouts on Wednesday. A bee sting on my long run on Saturday and a virus on my laptop have slowed my ability to update the blog. (Don't worry I'm not using the laptop to update this) Training continues to go well. Going to keep the mileage between 60- 75 through the summer despite urges to crank up the volume.
