Looking Ahead to Twilighter

Week in Review:

63 Miles for the week.

Workouts:
Wednesday - 8 mile tempo/marathon pace. Averaged around 6 minute pace, but didn't feel strong at all.
Friday- I ran segments with Mark. Solid workout and gaining confidence. 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1. Workout was 48 minutes with jog recoveries. 3 miles warm-up and cooldown.
Sunday - Long run at the Line with GRC. Had a strong pain where I had my hernia in high school for like 50 minutes of the run. Not a great day, but still got in the miles.

On another note, the Twilighter is almost here.
