Crystal Rock Path

Woke up late this morning to a text from Mark. Run? Perfect. We hit up the Crystal Rock Path across the street from his house. It reminds me so much of Needwood, but it was so nice to run around a lake on a gorgeous morning. We took it easy for the first few miles and loosened up. 9 miles and a lot of stretching.
